Operations Coordinator Salary range: $37,500 to $45,000   New Vision Wilderness (NVW), located in Medford, Wisconsin, is the premiere wilderness therapy intervention for struggling teens, pre-teens, and their families. With our relational approach and unique programming, NVW is the home of cutting-edge trauma-informed care & wilderness intervention. Located in the beautiful Midwest, clinicians who work in the Northwoods will love experiencing all four seasons in the natural setting of the pristine outdoors while also having access to trending cities like Saint Paul and Minneapolis, MN and Madison, WI. This role provides much of the direct face-to-face interaction between the Operations Department and students in program, facilitating student resupply and showers and ensuring students have appropriate gear for the outdoor programming. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining safe and working equipment for students and co-workers and to promote proper use and care of New Vision physical resources.   New Vision Wilderness Therapy is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
